JOHN GEORGE FINE CABINETRY

Protecting the Design:Why the most important part of your joinery is the part you never see.

Protecting the Design:Why the most important part of your joinery is the part you never see.

As a designer, nothing is more frustrating than seeing a 3mm shadow gap widen or a floor-to-ceiling door warp six months after installation.
While solid wood sounds like the premium choice, in high-end cabinetry, it is often the riskiest. For your large-scale panels, we engineer multi-layered, high-stability substrates (like birch ply or moisture-resistant cores) to act as the “chassis” for our veneers.

The Result for your project:
· Zero Movement: Your lines stay straight, even in climate-controlled environments.
· Flawless Finish: A stable core means a mirror-flat surface with no grain telegraphing.
We handle the structural physics so you can focus on the aesthetic.
